A PIKE Projects collaboration with PSA Studio Inc.

Architect: PSA Studio Inc. 

Role: client relations, conceptual design, design development, site layout, zoning variance, interior design, engineering coordination, systems integration, construction documents.

 

The front façade is entirely glazed to "showcase" the mechanical services and new technology being provided in the Collision Center. Our design allows the general public to see past the glazing into the workshop and observe the activities of the highly trained staff. 

The clear expression of form stands in elegant contrast to the visual chaos of the strip.

Programming, work flow, structural spans and mechanical systems were key considerations in the design from the outset and were all resolved with the utmost efficiency.
